These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nordelumine platform and website operated by Nordelumine Technologies Inc. ("Nordelumine", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in Canada with its registered address at 1200 Bay Street, Suite 800, Toronto, ON M5R 2A5. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Platform Access

Access to the Nordelumine digital workspace is granted through a guided access-request process. Submitting a request does not guarantee access. Nordelumine reserves the right to approve, decline, or revoke access at its sole discretion. Users must provide accurate information when submitting an access request.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the Nordelumine platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the platform in any way that violates applicable Canadian or international laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its underlying systems.
  • Submit false, misleading, or harmful information through the platform interface.
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission from Nordelumine.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the platform.

3. Platform Features and Outputs

Nordelumine provides structured digital outputs based on information submitted by users. These outputs are presented for informational and organisational purposes only. Nordelumine does not represent that any output constitutes professional advice of any kind. Users are solely responsible for decisions made on the basis of platform outputs.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, and technology associated with the Nordelumine platform are the intellectual property of Nordelumine Technologies Inc. or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Nordelumine name, logo, or proprietary content without express written permission.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify the Nordelumine support team immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nordelumine Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you, if any, for access to the platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Nordelumine may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

8. Changes to These Terms

Nordelumine may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published at nordelumine.com/terms.html. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
